Salary:£58,000 to £63,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance and Resources to be a key member of the senior management team providing strategic direction, strong financial stewardship and supporting organisational development. This role will provide outstanding leadership and strategic management across finance, HR, IT, governance and office services.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with significant international development experience at a senior level. Highly analytical with exceptional communications skills you will be a strategic thinker with the ability to also be hands-on.

This position is offered on a full time contract and will be based in our Tunbridge Wells office. Working from home a proportion of the time will be considered as will a degree of flexitime. Build Africa will also offer a 6% pension contribution in addition to salary.
